Purchases made via this Website may be shipped within the U.S. and other international destinations.   
 
Shipping and Handling

- Priority mail delivery within the continental United States is no charge.
- We charge $15 for Federal Express Second Day delivery and
  $ 25 for Federal Express Overnight delivery
  within the continental United States.

- Please see our rates for International delivery outside the US.

Our goal is to process orders within 48 hours of receipt. Orders are processed Mon-Fri, 10am- noon (excluding holidays). If we encounter any problems with your shipment, you will be notified.

- Second Day delivery: your order should arrive 2 business days after you have received an email with confirmation that your order has been shipped.
- Overnight delivery: your order should arrive the next business day once you have received an email with confirmation that your order has been shipped.

- Delivery Problems:
If the delivery of your order is delayed, please contact us at info@anapaperles.com. Upon receiving your order, please carefully inspect the contents of the package. If there are any discrepancies between what you ordered and what you received, proceed according to our Exchange and Return Policy.


EXCHANGE AND RETURN POLICY

Anapa Perles will exchange or accept a return on an item purchased through this Website for 15 days from the date of purchase. Any item being returned or exchanged must be in the same condition as at the time of sale and in its original packaging. The original purchase receipt must be included for all returns.

- Exchange for Another Item:
Any item purchased through this Website may be exchanged within 15 days for another item of equal value. The item can be sent for exchange via registered, insured mail to the following address:

Please include in your package a copy of your original receipt and a brief note of explanation describing the reason for the return or if you would like to exchange your item for a different size of the same item or for a different item, along with your current home address and telephone number. - Exchange for Credit:
Any item purchased through this Website may be exchanged for credit to be used as payment for a future purchase at this Website within one year.
 
- Return: 
If you are requesting, and are entitled to, a complete return of your purchase, Anapa Perles will request that the credit-card company issue a refund to your account for the full amount of your purchase, less any original shipping, handling, and insurance charges previously applied.
